Michael Snow is the Managing Member and Chief Investment Officer of Snow Fund One, LLC founded in October 2005. Snow is a Registered Investment Advisor and founded Snow Financial Management in 1997. Prior to establishing this company, he was employed in the Banking Industry for over 25 Years. At the Union Bank of Switzerland (“UBS”), Snow was Second In Charge of the North American Region. He achieved the rank of Senior Managing Director and was Head of Fixed Income where he was responsible for: Treasury, Money Markets, Precious Metals, Foreign Exchange, Mortgage Backed Securities, Government Securities, Derivatives, Corporate bonds, Emerging Markets, High Yield Securities, and Capital Markets.

Chief Compliance Officer

Gay Snow received a B.A. from the State University of New York at Albany in 1986 and a JD from St. John's University in 1989. Mrs. Snow was employed at the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office from 1989 to 1991 and at L'Abbate, Balkan, Colavita and Contini, LLP from 1991 to 1998. She has been assisting Mr. Snow in providing investment advisory services since 2003.

Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Analytics

Mark Snow was employed at HSBC Private Bank in New York for 10 years as a Vice President and Relationship Manager. He was responsible for managing $350 Million in assets and $35 Million in loans for onshore and offshore clients, as well as assisted clients with a variety of bank and securities products including fixed income and equities, foreign exchange, structured products, and insurance. Mark graduated with a B.A. in Finance from The George Washington University in 1998.
